Classes Offered

All our classes are designed for most fitness levels.

They include worship songs, prayer, reflection, and bible reading.

We welcome ladies interested in the interception between faith and fitness.

Pound

Fun, high-energy class that combines cardio, strength and toning movements with drum sticks.

Rebounder

A dynamic low-impact, workout performed on a small trampoline (rebounder). It utilizes controlled, rhythmic bouncing to improve balance, core strength, and lymphatic drainage. It is gentle on joints.

Whole Body Chair

A structured, low-impact fitness routine performed while seated or using a chair for balance. it is designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular health.

Water Workout

perfect for the summer time. Offered in the pool. It uses the water’s natural buoyancy and resistance to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility.
